Ocean State Theatre Company was a non-profit theatre in Rhode Island. Founded in 2007, it was instrumental in the reopening of the Theatre-By-the-Sea in South Kingstown, Rhode Island and produced plays there until 2012, when it moved to Warwick, Rhode Island. <ref>"7 to 7 Blog."
