Raymond Two Hawks Watson is an acclaimed cultural leader and entrepreneur in Providence, Rhode Island. Watson is Pomham Sachem of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe of Providence, Rhode Island. Career

Watson has a BA in Political Science from Union College, and a masters degree in Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island. <ref name=":0" />

In 2016, Watson received a $300,000 Innovation Fellowship from the Rhode Island Foundation.<ref name=":0" /> He used the funds to establish the Providence Cultural Equity Initiative, an organization dedicated to fostering cultural tourism.
