Silaphone Nhongvongsouthy

Silaphone Nhongvongsouthy is a Laotian American cultural leader, art curator, and director of the Laotian Community Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Nhongvongsouthy was born and raised in Savannakhet|Savannakhet, Laos.
