The film is a walking tour of the town of Wickford, Rhode Island that tells the story of the founding of Wickford, Rhode Island and of the Sea captain|sea captains who lived there, and their homes. The film also covers Wickford's involvement in the triangle trade, Privateer|privateering, and the Revolutionary War.
