Catherine Robinson was an educator, civil rights activist, and actress from Providence, Rhode Island.

She was assistant director of the University of Rhode Island Extension Service.

She received an honorary doctorate from Rhode Island College for her work in education.
Robinson was also an actress. As a resident of the East Side, Providence, Rhode Island|East Side neighborhood of Providence,
Robinson also helped form the East Side Neighborhood Council.
