The Art League of Rhode Island is a non-profit membership-based arts organization based in Providence, Rhode Island. The league's stated purpose is to

" provide a venue for the growth and encouragement of artists, to promote high standards in the visual arts, and to encourage community participation and appreciation of the greater Rhode Island arts community."

The Art League of Rhode Island was founded in 2000 by Nancy Gaucher Thomas and Mark Simmons. The league invites artists to become members, and promotes them through its website and through league events, such as exhibitions, programs, and collaborations with other arts organizations. The league also does arts-related outreach into Rhode Island communities, including the 02603 Project in Central Falls, Rhode Island, a graffiti project underwritten by the The Timberland Company|Timberland Company in 2007.

The league has hosted exhibitions at the Providence Art Club and the Rhode Island School of Design Museum.
